NCTA

We created two PSAs for The National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA) that humorously depict parents taking outrageous measures to protect their kids from zombies, gore, potty language, etc. (all the "adult" stuff on Cable). It's a simple twist on the concepts of naivety and parental guidance—and a reminder that technology is on our side. All you gotta do is push a button.

COMMON CORE

Nothing can set off an angry mob of parents like the words “Common Core.” This animated video sets out to dispel the rumors, hearsay, and cynicism around the academic standards. We show how they were designed to actually help students tackle problems—not to make them cry over their math homework.

XBOX 360

The international launch of these three titles supported the launch of the XBOX 360.

TEACH FOR AMERICA

Teach for America constantly faces charges that they are little more than a resume builder for overprivileged college kids. This doc-style spot quietly counters that perception by celebrating the impact one TFA alumnus is making at a California elementary school. It's a simple piece, but one I enjoyed very much, serving as both writer and first time director.
